Longhorn Loyal

Longhorn Loyal honors the most dedicated supporters of The University of Texas at Austin. Donors who have made gifts in each of the three most recent fiscal years (September 1 – August 31) receive a membership to honor their loyalty and recognize their giving leadership.  If you decide to fund your endowed scholarship over several years, you may be eligible for this group.

Texas Leadership Society

When you create your endowed scholarship with a gift in your will or other estate plan, you are eligible to join  the Texas Leadership Society, a group of special individuals who have created their legacy through The University of Texas at Austin.

Once you are a member you’ll receive:

  • A complimentary subscription to our semi-annual publication Texas Leader
  • An invitation to our annual luncheon with university leaders, faculty and students
  • A Texas Leadership Society lapel pin
  • Invitations to other donor-only events

Share Your Legacy

The Impact of Your Giving

You can help us meet the Challenge!

A gift of $100,000 made outright or as a multi-year pledge could fund an endowed scholarship that qualifies you for the Texas Challenge, where your gift will be matched dollar-for-dollar to support high-potential Texas students from middle- and low-income families.

You could fund an endowed four-year academic scholarship.

See what a scholarship like this made possible for Katherine through the Forty Acres Scholars Program.

You could establish an endowed undergraduate research scholarship.

See how this type of support allows students to gain global experiences, network with other researchers and pursue exciting opportunities.
